Las gu\u00edas curvas dise\u00f1adas en CAD aseguran bajo rozamiento y m\u00ednimo desgaste. La salida intermedia se activa mediante un cilindro de aire comprimido que eleva una gu\u00eda curva para inclinar y vaciar los capachos. Los cilindros est\u00e1n equipados con indicadores de posici\u00f3n con \u00abinterruptores de l\u00e1mina\u00bb. Cuando la gu\u00eda est\u00e1 en su posici\u00f3n baja, los capachos pasar\u00e1n por la gu\u00eda sin ser afectados. Cuando la gu\u00eda se levanta, los baldes se inclinan y se vac\u00edan. El movimiento principal se genera cuando el anillo del capacho se desliza a lo largo de la gu\u00eda elevada <strong>(A)<\/strong>. Una gu\u00eda est\u00e1tica se instala sobre el capacho <strong>(B)<\/strong>. Esta gu\u00eda evita que el capacho se \u00abvoltee\u00bb y lo lleva de nuevo a su posici\u00f3n horizontal. El movimiento lineal del actuador hace que la gu\u00eda se levante o baje cuando una de estas palancas se comprime. Una espiga roscada ubicada debajo del actuador asegura que el movimiento de la otra palanca, y por lo tanto el extremo de la gu\u00eda, permanezcan \u00abparalelos\u00bb.
